Minimum role requirements
 
  • RO5 qualified (we can fund in advance of joining)
  • 2+ years in a successful phone-based customer service position (with evidence of KPI’s)
  • Evidenced knowledge learned in advance of key insurers, product variations and underwriting criteria (we’ll provide training for this)
